MealStack release notes
Release 0.9.1, build 88
Shipped as build 88 9 changes, grouped by where you'll notice them.
What changed
Today
- When Apple Health has a newer weight than the one in About you, Today offers it: “Apple Health has a newer weight: 82.4 kg (Oct 3). Use it in About you instead of 84 kg?” Use it saves it, with Undo; Not now puts that weigh-in away until Health has another. Stack AI sets your targets from that weight, and it’s never changed without asking.
Stack AI
- The Stack AI chat opens at the latest message, with the message box under it, and stays there as replies come in. Scroll up to read back and it stays put; Latest takes you back, and says New reply when one came in. With the keyboard up, the latest stays in view.
- Stack AI has its own mark, three plates, wherever you ask it: the Stack AI tab, the Kitchen, Today, Settings and Stack AI’s plan badge. The top plate is lit when Stack AI is on; it’s outlines when Stack AI is off or before you’ve said yes.
- Already have a plan? Build a new plan, on the Stack AI tab, asks Stack AI for a whole new one on your target and your meal times. A plan you send it is still written down only from what you sent.
- A plan card says whose plan it is: Stack AI’s plan, Your coach’s plan (when it came in through Bring in your coach’s plan), or Your plan, written down. Nothing changes until you review it and bring it in.
- While you’re on your coach’s plan, a plan Stack AI builds is a suggestion: Send to your coach, or Save it for later and Review it when you like. Stack AI never tells you to make it your plan.
- What Stack AI says is only about the cards in that reply, and it never calls a card saved or added: it names the button to tap. Nothing changes until you tap it.
- When Stack AI is broken on our side, it says “Stack AI isn’t working on our side right now. It isn’t anything you did.” instead of saying it couldn’t reach the model.
Settings
- What the server holds is under Settings › Stack AI now, below Privacy policy, where IronStack keeps it too. It stays there with Stack AI off, so you can still see what’s kept and erase it.
